AUTOMATIC LOUVER STAPLER

For large louvers/large tilt rod - 1 7/8", 2 1/2", 3 1/2" and 4 1/2".

Attaches to customer furnished staple gun.

Electro-pneumatic mechanism.

Automatically staples and advances pre-stapled large tilt rod to louvers.

Adjustable for louver staples by removing two screws and repositioning louver support.

Center distance adjustable by removing spring-loaded lock pin on end of bar at rear of fixture and inserting into one of three positions.

A prestapled tilt rod is manually inserted into position for stapling to the first louver.  The louver is inserted on the support and the end is pressed against switch which automatically fires the staple gun.  Then, the stapling fixture automatically advances the tilt rod for attachment of the next louver.
