TILT ROD STAPLER * SEMI-AUTOMATIC

Electro-pneumatic mechanism-attaches to customer furnished staple gun.

Tilt-rod material is clamped to Gage Bar and advanced manually through the TRS-1.  The Gage Bar automatically triggers the firing of staples at designated centers.

For small tilt rod only (1 1/4" louvers) with 1"    centers.

For large tilt rod (1 7/8" louvers) with 1 1/2" centers.

For large tilt rod (2 1/2" and larger louvers).  On one side of bar, triggering pins are spaced to provide 2" centers.  On this same side of bar, 4" centers are obtained by skipping over one pin.  On the opposite side of bar, the triggering pins are spaced for 3" centers and, by skipping over one pin, 6" centers are obtained.
