TILT ROD STAPLER, AUTOMATIC

Elector-pneumatic mechanisim-attaches to customer-furnished staple gun.

Tilt rod material is clamped to Gage Bar and advances automatically through the TRS-1A.  The machine automatically triggers the firing of staples at designated centers and turns off when tilt rod material reaches the end.

Supplied with one Gage Bar on 1" centers.  Optional Gage Bars available.

GAGE BARS (ALUMINUM) FOR USE WITH TRS-1A

GB-1A

For large tilt rod (1 1/4",2 1/2", 3 1/2", and 4 1/2") louvers with 1", 2", 3", and 4" centers.

GB-2

For large tilt rod (1 7/8" louvers) with 1 1/2" centers.

Standard length of Gage Bar is 8'.
